Backflow prevention testing

Back to Services

What does backflow prevention testing consist of?

It’s imperative that your drinking water is clean so that it can be safely consumed by you and your family. A backflow prevention device is utilized so that dirty and undesirable water from storm drains, puddles, and other outdoor areas where water collects doesn’t flow backwards into your home’s drinking water supply. It’s imperative that your home’s backflow device functions as it should to ensure that drinking water within your home stays contamination free. Your backflow device should be inspected from time to time to ensure it’s operating normally, and if it’s not, then be fixed so that it does.

Keep your home’s drinking water in good condition, let us test your backflow device to make sure its status is good. We have been successfully plumbing Calgary homes since 1983! Contact Son-Rise Plumbing & Gasfitting today at 403.274.1166 – we’re available and are trusted, local experts.

Son Rise just completed a hot water heater replacement. Great job from them and I know we can trust their work. This is our third job over the years for our old house and we keep Son Rise in mind for all our plumbing and gas fitting needs.
